Sweet Treats
Hello to you! It is great to meet you.
This is my very first post of hopefully many more to come. So let me begin this by letting you know what you will find here.
Ever since I was little I’ve had quite the sweet tooth. Never met a chocolate or gummy that I wasn’t willing to give a chance. But sadly in doing so I’ve been let down a few times (or more) and it has left a bad taste in my mouth in every sense of the phrase. And all it left me with was a few dollars cheaper and candy that is only suited for the trash. Sometimes I’m lucky, and even though it is not to my taste, it is to a friend or family member then at least it is not wasted.
So on here and on socials you will find my personal take/review on whether that sweet treat is worth the money.
From Haribo to Lindt, I’ll give you the what’s what so you can before informed. But I hear you saying how exactly are things judged? Well I am always open to feedback if there is a category you would like me to add but for now this is how it is broken down
- Sweetness
- Flavour
- Texture
Each category will be rated out of 5 stars and then put together for an overall score out of 5 stars. There will be an ongoing list of all my 5 star treats and even one of my 1 star treats
But just keep in mind the ratings on here reflect my opinion and taste. So that means you may have a different opinion and love something I can stand. So be open to have your own opinion and give something new a try and who knows maybe it will be your new favourite.
Mystery Unboxing
BUT it’s not all things sweet around here it’s also pretty cute too. I love cute things and add the air of mystery and you’ve got me hooked. So I also do some mystery box/bag unboxing. Where I will also let you know if that plush or figure is worth your cash.
Collecting is fun and searching for that last one that you need to complete the collection is a lot of fun. Collecting can be expensive and how do you know which collections are worth your money?
On my Instagram and my Youtube I will be posting unboxing videos along with the sweet treat reviews. I’ll be opening many different series from different brands. This will include Sanrio, Tokidoki, Kikagoods, and even Popmart so go subscribe and follow if you don’t want to miss those.
Back to Sanrio, I love all things Sanrio and I’m not the only one. Unfortunately, this has created a problem (Well at least for me), and that is, an overabundance in the market. Especially when it comes to mystery boxes. This makes it very hard to decide what is worth the money.
I can’t say that I am an expert but I will buy them so you don’t need to.
On here I hope to leave a record of every collection I open so that you can follow along. And together we can search for that chaser that always seems out of reach.
